The Only Way to Solve Political Problems is through Politics… ‘Yemi Adamolekun, Go Nigeria Advocate
…Urges Youths Involvement in Electoral Process
As the clamour for youth participation in the nation’s electoral process intensifies, the Executive Director, EiE Nigeria, ‘Yemi Adamolekun, has affirmed that the change in the political system which educated young Nigerians are clamouring for can only be achieved if they are part of the electorates and vote for forward-thinking candidates in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
According to Adamolekun, an advocate of Anap Foundation, “It is through huge participation and the choice of credible leaders that their dreams and aspirations can be attained. The only way to solve political problems is through politics, therefore, in the absence of the type of people power – numbers, mindset, and understanding – that can exert a political cost on the streets, my channel for political consequences is the 2023 general elections.”
This is as Anap Foundation kick-starts its enlightenment campaign, themed GoNigeria, a campaign to sensitize Nigerian youths to participate actively in the electoral process leading to the election of visionary leaders in the forthcoming general elections come 2023.
Anap Foundation will be partnering with the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] and other advocates, celebrity ambassadors, corporate bodies as well as volunteers in ensuring a huge success is attained in encouraging the youths in understanding that their votes count in having the right leaders at the country’s helm of affairs.
The campaign is in full gear with the initial advocates of Anap Foundation, who have intensified efforts at encouraging young Nigerians to register and collect their PVC to vote in next year’s general elections towards ensuring good governance and accessing the true dividends of democracy.
